At the same time we handle the research about market developments, market participants, etc. This is rounded off with expressive documentation.
Selection and Approach of Potential Investors
Strategic partners or financial investors, at home or abroad – choosing the right potential investors can quite often be decisive for the success of a transaction. We choose the best investors for you and approach them individually. This step is facilitated by our long-term relationships with a large number of investors.
Due Diligence Support
A detailed examination of the documents is a very important part of a transaction process for every investor. We prepare the due diligence for you and are the first point of contact for investors. The better this step is prepared (see step 1), the quicker the due diligence can be completed.
Support in Contract Negotiations
For contract negotiations we call on lawyers and accountants/auditors if necessary and desired. Our long-term contacts help us to find the most suitable partners for you. In collaboration with them we ensure that your interests are taken account of in the contracts and that your risks are minimized.
Support in Conclusion and Implementation of Contracts
We support you through to the signing of the contract – and beyond this too. During the signing of contracts we act as mediators, so that any last minute problems can be sorted out. And after the contract has been signed, we help you to implement the contractual agreements. Right through until the transaction has been finalized.
